Whiskey Grade Officers Shirt
The Officer’s Shirt is our interpretation of the classic CPO (Chief Petty Officer) Jacket. First introduced in the late 1930's as a heavy-duty wool overshirt, to be worn strictly for field use, the garment has evolved over the years.
Scores of CPO shirts were made during WWII, and their popularity in the civilian community exploded in the 1960's, as many veterans continued wearing them long after returning home. Our version is made of a heavy-duty gray twill, and features two additional pockets, at the bottom of the shirt, for hand warmth. This shirt wears well as a cold-weather layering piece, or on it's own.
This garment was designed in collaboration between Whiskey Grade and Stock, and was handcrafted by the same operators that manufacture garments for the military, using the same care, precision and attention to detail.

A Closer Look
For our newest collaboration, Stock has teamed up with Whiskey Grade founder Jamison Aweau to create a military inspired mini-capsule collection. Drawing on his 4 years of active duty as an Infantryman in the US Army, Jamison co-designed an M65 Field Jacket, as well as a modified version of a traditional Officer’s Shirt. The authenticity of this collection is solidified by our mil-spec certified Chicago factory, which has been manufacturing tailored garments for the US Military for over 40 years.
