Q: Why are your prices so much lower than comparable Made in USA menswear brands?

We sell our items at roughly half the price most comparable Made in USA clothing companies retail their products for. The reason for this is our vertical business model. We make everything here in Chicago, and sell them directly to you via our website, skipping the middleman, and giving you what is essentially wholesale pricing. Rest assured, the quality of our garments is up there with the finest brands in the world - we just don’t want you to break the bank to get premium, American- made clothing.


Q: Are you available in any stores?

Yes, with a “but”. At various times you've been able to find Stock products at 22 Bloomingdale’s locations around the US, Lone Flag in San Diego, Huckberry, and Wheat & Co in Nashville.  However, due to our “manufacturer direct” pricing structure, you won’t find the items on our site in any shop.   We create exclusive collections specifically for our select retail partners, and they price them at their own discretion.  Every item we sell on our website is priced without any retail markups built in, and thus is available only on our website.  We chose to create collections for select retailers in order to get our products into as many people’s hands as possible, and help gain recognition for Stock as a brand. 


Q: Are your Projects one-run only?

It depends. We make a small run of every project, and don’t really know if we will make it again. If demand is very high (say lots of people have “waitlisted” themselves), we may make another run - but nothing is guaranteed.

Q: Didn’t you used to do pre-sales?

Yes, for our first year, all our special projects were pre-sale only. We moved away from that in January 2014, in order to meet customer demand. Customer wait time for delivery went from 3-6 weeks down to 3-5 days, just by switching from pre-sale to limited edition.

Q: Do you still work with aspiring designers?

As of right now, we are collaborating with very few aspiring designers, choosing instead to focus on projects with more established brands, as well as influencers and creatives from across several different disciplines. That being said, we will still work with an up-and-coming designer or brand, if we see large-scale potential in the project. Q: Do you manufacture for other brands?

Not at this time, sorry!

Q: Will my purchase shrink?

Every item is different, and will be specified on the item details page. Some items will shrink more than others, depending on fabrics. Drying something on High heat will tend to shrink a garment more than drying on low, or hang drying. Before washing, make sure you check to see if a garment is dry clean only. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! Shipping to anywhere in the world is free with a purchase of more than $250. For orders under $250, shipping is a flat rate of $14.95 to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, and $29.95 to any other country. All international orders are shipped via USPS, and please note that some countries will charge the recipient customs taxes and other additional fees.  

Q: What is your Return Policy?

We accept any returns within 30 days of purchase. Item must be unused, with tags still on. Customer will be refunded in full, but the cost of shipping the return is the customers responsibility.
