Introducing our newest collaboration: the Stock x High Life Heritage Collection. We were recruited by High Life to design and manufacture a menswear capsule collection celebrating the rich heritage of their iconic beer, and were given unprecedented access to their archives. We were able to draw inspiration from over 100 years of High Life's history. The collection features styles designed to feel both classic and contemporary at once - each one a celebration of the High Life enthusiast over the years. These garments are a collector's dream, but are so wearable you'll be hard pressed not to wear them in.

Take a closer look at our biggest collaboration to date centered on The Great American Road Trip. We teamed up with San Francisco's Taylor Stitch and Boston's Ball and Buck to design a collection that can be worn in any climate across the United States, and we made it right here in our Chicago factory.

    Partnerships, Uniforms

We began our working relationship with Land & Sea Dept. when we made these aprons for Thank You. A few months later, the L&S crew approached us with a new project to the tune of three concepts that would live inside the historic Chicago Athletic Association Hotel. This sounded like a dream project, so we got right to work on designs to throw our hat in the ring for what would become our largest project to date.

Back by popular demand is the Stock 2-in-1 Reversible Shirt. We launched a test run of this design last summer that sold out almost immediately, so bringing it back this year with a few upgrades and more colorways was a no-brainer. Here's a look at the development behind one of our favorite and most unique pieces.

For the second installment of our #inStockMFG Series, we ventured into Lakeview to catch up with our friend Alan Gagné at Heritage Bicycles. We like to think of Alan, GM, Barista, bike mechanic, web developer, business developer, and creative director of Heritage Bicycles as a Jack-of-all-trades. Once a paralegal, he traded in the suit and briefcase for a work shirt and pannier. Luckily, we were able to catch up with Alan on one of his days off and get to know one of the biggest influences behind the best bike/coffee shop in town.

  • Father's Day Collection

    Father's Day Collection

For Father's Day 2015, we wanted to do something special to honor the men who truly helped Stock get it's start: our own dads. Each of our fathers either started or took over a family-run small business and have taught us the spirit of entrepreneurship, how to conduct business in an ethical way, and how to weather the storm when going gets tough.

For this collection, we (with some help from our moms) dug up vintage photographs of our dads that we thought best captured the spirit of who they are. With the dates in these pictures ranging from the mid-70's to the mid-80's, it's a testament to the timeless cool of these legends that we were able to create a modern, cohesive capsule collection with only minor changes in fit and style.

Here are the men behind the garments:

As part of our #inStockMFG series, we got the opportunity to spend an afternoon sipping craft cocktails and chatting with one of our great friends, favorite bartenders, and loyal Stock fan: Wade McElroy. Although his days are spent working on one of the million new projects he's got opening up around town, you can still find him behind the bar Wednesday nights at his own watering hole, Sportsman's Club. Creative, bar owner, bartender, stylish entrepreneur, good guy extraordinaire. There's no shortage of words we could use to describe Wade so we'll shut up and let him do the talking.
